We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

2. Products and Pricing

Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our organic vanilla bean sugar as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate.

Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product (or any part thereof) at any time.

Bulk Orders: Our new bulk sugar options are designed for small business use. The advertised 46% savings is calculated based on the unit price of our standard 1.8 lb (27 oz) jars.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days unless otherwise specified.

Address Requirements: We ship to physical business or home addresses; we do not ship to P.O. Boxes for bulk orders.

Signatures: For your protection, orders exceeding $500 USD may require an adult signature upon delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds

Consumable Goods: Due to safety risks and the nature of ingestible products, our vanilla bean sugar is generally non-returnable.

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must provide an image of the item and its defects within 7 days of receipt to request a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundables: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

5. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Vraie Joie Co. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the service or product without express written permission from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vraie Joie Co. shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. Our products are 100% natural, but users should verify allergen information as it may vary from online descriptions.
